Boomkin BiS

I'm posting this so when we have a boomkin in raid and a cloth piece drops, we can look back to this list and see if it is BiS, which i BELIEVE (correct me if im wrong and this wasnt agreed on) was the only time a boomkin could roll on cloth against other cloth main spec. please tell me if this list is acceptable.

im going for BiS outside of heroic modes and content we don't run, and for non badge items, i will have a 10 man and 25 man (or 25 man and badge, if badge is better than 10 man)
